Immigration – Canada

Procedure:
Pre-Assessment: In order to make an assessment of candidate, we need the resume or bio-data of candidate and their spouse (if married). We accept clients only on completion of the pre assessment done by our principal lawyers. At this stage we can assure our candidate that their case will be successful, if we handle the whole Immigration process.
Stages of the Immigration Process
Stage – I: Filing the application: To initiate the immigration process, the client has to pay the first installment. At this stage, all the required documents are sent to the Canadian Immigration Service.
Stage – II: Interview: After submission of all papers, Canadian Immigration Service will wither call the candidate for interview or will waive the interview. On receiving the intimation from the Canadian High Commission, the candidate will pay us his second installment. Our principal prepares clients for the interview, if you are called for one. Our professionals also prepare the documentation for the interview and will assist you to take up the interview.
Stage – III: Medical: On completion of all verifications and interview, the Canadian Immigration Service sends the Medical Form and will ask all clients to do a Medical Check-up. After getting positive result of medical test the Visa approval letter is sent for approval and candidate is asked for their original passports. This is normally the final stage, therefore the clients have to pay the final installment at this stage. In the completion of entire immigration visa process, it takes about 36 to 48months (approx.).
Besides, these three stages for Immigration Visa Process, some of the clients are required to go through a registration process with the registration board in Canada.
