Immigration – New Zealand
New Zealand is open for Immigrants and offers many opportunities for skilled migrants, particularly in regions experiencing growth and skill shortages. If you want to live and work permanently in New Zealand, it is perfect choice for you as it offers number of opportunities for skilled migrants. The skilled migrant category is designed to give more focus for meeting these needs and opportunities.

Procedure:
Pre – Assessment: For pre-assessment, we need the resume of the applicant and his/her spouse (if married). Once the pre-assessment is completed, we move the application for the Immigration process. At this stage, we are able to ensure the client that their application will be successful.
Stages of the Immigration Process:
1) Stage – 1: Full Assessment: The client needs to pay the first installment to initiate the immigration process. At this stage, the client’s application with relevant documents is sent to our principals in New Zealand. The principal Lawyers and consultants evaluate the documents to check the possibility of obtaining the immigration visa and the offer of employment. This process will take about a month.
2) Stage – II: New Zealand Qualification Assessment (NZQA): If the New Zealand Immigration Service does not recognize the qualification acquired by the candidate, the NZQA procedure is initiated for the candidate. NZQA issues the report confirming the recognition of the qualifications as equivalent to New Zealand standards. This process will take about 4 to 6 months.
3) Stage – III: Filing for the visa (stage I): The application for the permanent resident visa commences at this stage. The application “Expression of Interest” is lodged with the NZIS. This process takes about 3 months.
4) Stage –IV: Filing for the visa: On receiving the”Invitation to apply” sent by the NZIS, we will now file the application for the Permanent resident visa, which takes about 6 – 9 months.
5) Stage – V: Visa approval: Once the verification is completed by the NZIS, they send the visa approval letter. This is the final stage in the immigration process. The migrant levy is paid to the NZIS.
Besides, these above stages, some clients are needed to go through a registration process with the registration board in New Zealand. The entire services and the process are divided into small stages. This will help the clients to know the exact position of their process during every stage. Clients need to pay in installments based on the progress of each stage.
